Key roles and responsibilities:

Role: Asst. Manager Cyber Compliance Audits

Location Mumbai based- No WFH

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance auditsbased on standards such as ISO 27001,22301, 27701, SOC 2, SEBI CSCRF, RBI, UIDAI, IRDA, etc.
• Evaluate IT policies, procedures, and controls to identify weaknesses, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Perform cyber risk assessmentsbased on NIST and ISO standards
• Analyseaudit findings and data to develop recommendations for mitigating risks and improving IT processes and controls.
• Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement corrective actions and remediation plans.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, international best practices related to cyber security and compliance
• Manage client interactions and relations.
• Manage internal teams and work in a team spirit.
• Create and support for proposals & client presentations, white papers, training material etc.
• Marketing support such as responding to customers etc.

Others:

• Expected Travel up to 40%
• 5 day flexible work schedule with min 9 hours per day.(min 45 hours per week)
• Weekends are working when there is a workload.

Mandatory Auditor Qualifications and skills :

• BE/BTech/CA/MBA with ISO27001LA and CISA
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Excellent skills with MS Office/O365

This is an audit lead role and the candidate will be expected to conduct audits.If you are a person who can quickly adapt to the auditee needs, are a quick learner with fundamental knowledge on security best practices, an excellent report writer with an eye on the details of technical content as well as presentation skills, kindly apply.

Fresher CISA/ISO 27001 LA can apply for a lower position.

VideoInterview and test of MS Office tools.

Package: Your KPI is 100% client delivery and client satisfaction. This is not a sales but service delivery linked KPI. The budget for this position is flexible based on experience. ESOP's may be provided.
