Asst Sale Manager- Technical Sales

What this job involves:
This role focuses on promoting and selling Mobile Engineering Services (AMC, Tech on Demand) to internal and external clients. You'll build client relationships, create professional proposals, and meet quarterly sales targets while serving as a key liaison between customers and the technical team.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Create detailed proposal documents with security layout options that meet JLL standards
- Present solutions aligned with customer requirements and budgets
- Provide timely quotations and manage the sales process from proposal to payment collection
- Attend project kickoff meetings and coordinate with technical teams during execution
- Generate and maintain a strong sales funnel with regular reporting
- Gather market intelligence and customer information to support business development
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
- Experience selling AMC services and electrical solutions to end users
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and proposal development tools
- Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
- Experience in technical solution selling to corporate clients
- Knowledge of facility management systems and engineering services
- Project coordination experience bridging sales and technical execution
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with MBA
- Sales/Marketing professional certifications preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience selling electrical solutions in a multinational firm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- End-user sales experience (channel sales experience not applicable)
