We are inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive Human Resources, RVU Bangalore.

This role is critical in supporting RVUs people strategy, faculty & staff lifecycle management, and regulatory & accreditation processes, while contributing to a vibrant and progressive academic ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support faculty and staff recruitment in alignment with UGC/ Council and statutory norms
• Manage onboarding, service records, confirmations, renewals, and separations
• Execute HR operations, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle processes
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal cycles
• Maintain HR data and documentation for NAAC, NIRF, NBA, AACSB, QS and other academic audits
• Partner with academic and administrative leadership to support institutional growth

Eligibility & Experience

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
• 47 years of relevant HR experience
• Prior experience in a University / Higher Education Institution preferred
• Strong exposure to faculty recruitment, compliance, and accreditation support.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
