Asst. Manager - R&D (Hematology)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Hematology Reagents.
• Develop ampoule standards for Electrolyte reagents.
• Validation of Coagulation reagents.
• Buffer preparation and maintenance of lab instruments specially conductivity and pH meter
• Prepare documents like SOPs, MFR, BMR, test license and manufacturing license.

Preferred candidate profile :

Qualification : M.Tech (Biotechology / Biochemistry / Microbiology)

• 5 - 8 years of experience in working on Hematology and Coagulation Projects.
• Hands on experience in handling Flow cytometer & Electrolyte Analyzers
• Good knowledge of blood cell characteristics and types of blood cancer
