Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Human Resources, based in Pune. The role entails overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and compliance. The individual will support performance management processes, foster employee engagement, and contribute to developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys vision.

• Strong recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding skills
• Proficiency in employee relations management and conflict resolution
• Experience with performance management systems and strategies
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Proven experience in organizational planning and employee engagement strategies
• Masters degree in Human Resources
