Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR (Talent Acquisition) located in Bengaluru. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Assistant Manager will also analyze recruitment metrics, stay abreast of industry trends, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to fulfill organizational hiring needs.

Qualifications
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding strategies
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience in creating and maintaining recruitment metrics, as well as knowledge of applicant tracking systems or HR software tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices and familiarity with employment laws and compliance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a strong plus
  • Prior experience in a risk advisory, consulting, or professional services environment is an added advantage
