Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end financial statement analysis and Financial due-diligence.
- Ensure and verify compliance with Companies Act 2013, Accounting Standards, Indian Accounting Standards, SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) regulations 2018, relevant guidance notes issued by ICAI, etc.
- Manage end-to-end preparation/ review of complete set of financial statements/ restated financial statements ensuring completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Prepare financial analyses, models, valuations, and presentations to support deal execution and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare GAAP and Non-GAAP measures with analysis and reasoning of movement.
- Liaise with Auditors and Management to monitor transaction progress, resolve issues, and ensure seamless timely execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and counterparties, delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- Respond to client queries promptly and clearly, ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Coordinate transaction-related activities and finalize documentation to ensure successful closure and compliance.
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant
Experience: Post qualification 1 to 3 Years in Financial Due-diligence or Statutory Audit of Companies in Large or Mid-size consulting firms.
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience of working on tally will be an added advantage
