Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform end-to-end financial statement analysis and Financial due-diligence.
  2. Ensure and verify compliance with Companies Act 2013, Accounting Standards, Indian Accounting Standards, SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) regulations 2018, relevant guidance notes issued by ICAI, etc.
  3. Manage end-to-end preparation/ review of complete set of financial statements/ restated financial statements ensuring completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  4. Prepare financial analyses, models, valuations, and presentations to support deal execution and strategic decision-making.
  5. Prepare GAAP and Non-GAAP measures with analysis and reasoning of movement.
  6. Liaise with Auditors and Management to monitor transaction progress, resolve issues, and ensure seamless timely execution.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and counterparties, delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  8. Respond to client queries promptly and clearly, ensuring effective issue resolution.
  9. Coordinate transaction-related activities and finalize documentation to ensure successful closure and compliance.


Qualifications: Chartered Accountant


Experience: Post qualification 1 to 3 Years in Financial Due-diligence or Statutory Audit of Companies in Large or Mid-size consulting firms.


Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience of working on tally will be an added advantage
