Lead a team of Senior and Junior accountants towards Proper maintenance of books of accounts - Mentorship and Guidance to achieve Finance Team deliverables

End to End Financial accounting ownership including Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll Details, Purchases, Sales & Cash

Monitoring Cash flow, Working capital to ensure optimum utilization of Cash

Partnering with Sales team and Founders in ensuring DSO within the credit limits

Building Processes and Controls to improve Finance process across P2P, O2C, R2R

Knowledge of Zoho, with specific knowledge on Inventory / Trading would be added advantage

Monthly P&L Overview and Presentation to the Management with Variance Analysis

Audit Closure within timelines

Budgeting and Forecasting of the P&L / Cash Flows at regular intervals - Annual, Quarterly and Monthly

Preparation of Data points for board presentations

Liasoning with senior business leaders, auditors, bankers as may be necessary
