Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management Limited is looking for an Associate Legal & Investor Relations to support legal, compliance, due diligence, and investor-facing functions. The role involves close coordination with the Company Secretary, investment team, external counsels, regulators, and investors.

Experience: 24 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, fund management, financial services, or transaction advisory. Prior exposure to AIFs, PE/VC funds, NBFCs, or regulated financial entities is preferred.

Qualification: LLB / CS (Inter/Executive)

Probation Period: 1 year Location: Trivandrum CTC: INR 25,000 per month
