Our Facilities Management team is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a planned facility management programme that enables all aspects of PwC office space to be maintained at a standard that adheres with current local, state, and federal regulations. You'll help provide a safe, clean and functional environment by ensuring the quality of mechanical operating systems, interior structures, assets, and life safety systems for all staff.

Responsibilities:

Event Management 

Responsible for coordinating with the Business Services Events Team for events, which will include understanding the requirement from the business, identifying suitable venue, sourcing commercials from suitable suppliers, coordinating with Event agencies for execution of the event successfully, should be flexible to travel during events for coordination.

Integrated Facilities Management

  • Responsible for managing the daily facility related operations of assigned site(s).
  • Having experience of working within an outsourced facility Management environment or fully leveraged environment.
  • Support in Transport, cafeteria, housekeeping, Pest control and all general administration task at the location.
  • Implement actions required improving the overall quality results of each operation.
  • Implement all policies and procedures and to make suggestions for improvements as and when required.
  • Responsible and accountable for safety, Security and other allied services
  • Compliance to agreed service levels with vendors.
  • Support in documentation for audit formalities, assist in internal & external audits
  • Monitor operational performance to stay within budget limits.
  • Control costs and make suggestions to optimize them.
  • Providing continuous inputs to the operations team to upgrade existing services and improving the process efficiency.
  • Support in handling the Guest houses & Company leased accommodations
  • Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying the improvement areas and implementing with adequate measures to maximize Employee satisfaction.
  • Preparing Reviewing the MIS (Management Information Systems) reports as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement) with a review to appraise management of the process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.
  • Preparing MIS reports on monthly, half-yearly, annually on regards all facility activities (i.e., materials consumption, PPM’s, incident soft service, mail room, pantry, shuttle service, mandate, etc.)
