A career within Contract and compliance, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Contract and compliance to enhance their customer experiences,

*Responsibilities: 

Extensive experience of handling global compliance programs implementation across enterprise via GRC platforms, conducting compliance reviews across multiple law areas, in multi-country set-up.  

Business development experience of selling statutory compliance value propositions to large global organizations, ability to conduct independent conversation with CXOs (especially legal and compliance heads)  

Project management experience and handling of team, especially located in different cities. 

*Mandatory skill sets 

Good understanding of compliance program rollouts, compliance reviews and audits

Excellent client management skills

Excellent communicator with an ability to build healthy and productive relations with the clients and team

*Preferred skill sets 

IT and ITeS / Technology + GCC (preferably)- Sectoral experience

excellent written and spoken English is critical. Experience of foreign language will be advantage

*Year of experience required 

1-4 yrs.                                                                     

*Educational Qualification  

• LLB, Company Secretary, Chartered accountant. Foreign law degree will be an advantage.
