About the Role
We are seeking a Product Analyst who will take accountability for product working on product build, launch, design and future iterations. This role is not theoretical research. It is about applied and experiential knowledge.
You will not just assist. You will own outcomes. You will ask better questions, refine how we measure leadership, improve insights, and continuously iterate on the product based on real feedback and data.
This role requires curiosity, ownership, structured thinking, and the confidence to challenge and improve what already exists.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Product End-to-End
Take full accountability for assessment quality, clarity, and coherence
Proactively identify gaps and drive continuous improvements
Develop and Refine Assessment Questions
Design structured questions that reflect real leadership trade-offs
Continuously test and enhance question clarity, depth, and insight quality
Generate and Strengthen Insights
Elevate feedback to ensure it is practical, behavior-grounded, and actionable
Identify response patterns and refine interpretation rigor
Iterate Based on Learning
Incorporate structured feedback from teams and clients
Analyze performance gaps and implement targeted improvements
Maintain Structure and Discipline
Keep documentation, definitions, and frameworks precise and updated
Ensure consistency and quality control across all outputs
Contribute to Future Products
Help evolve the maturity framework and underlying architecture
Support development of new assessments aligned to core principles
What We Are Looking For
Educational Background
Bachelors degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field
Core Capability
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Curiosity and desire to deeply understand how leaders operate
Structured and logical thinking
Comfort working in an evolving, early-stage product environment
Ability to independently identify problems and propose solutions
Experience
03 years in product, consulting, research, assessment design, or related roles
Experience developing structured questions or evaluation frameworks preferred
Comfort analyzing qualitative and behavioral data
Strong written and verbal communication
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build something meaningful, not just execute tasks. You will help define how leadership maturity is measured, refined, and continuously improved.
