Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Cab facility available for Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via International Chat and Voice Process
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional customer support
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and experience
• Maintain quality benchmarks and adhere to company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless resolutions

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Graduation completed (Candidates must not be pursuing any degree)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice or Chat Process (preferred)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
