Associate – Wealth Acquisition

Barakah Finserve LLP, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor based in Hyderabad, is looking to onboard Associates Wealth Acquisition to join our growing wealth management team in Hyderabad .

At Barakah Finserve w e partner with individuals, families, businesses, and institutions to help them grow, manage, and protect their wealth through Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Direct Equities, Insurance, and comprehensive financial advisory.

Role: Associate Wealth Acquisition

A client-facing role focused on identifying prospects, understanding financial goals, and onboarding clients into suitable investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and promote Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, and Estate & Succession Planning solutions.
• Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend relevant financial strategies.
• Build long-term client relationships with consistent engagement and follow-ups.
• Generate and nurture leads across multiple channels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition milestones.
• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and superior client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• MBA (Freshers) OR Commerce graduates with 23 years of experience in financial services.
• Basic understanding of capital markets and wealth products.
• NISM Series V-A certification (preferred or to be completed shortly after joining).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
