Associate VP - Operations

CSM Technologies is hiring qualified candidates who can provide end-to-end P&L ownership for delivery accounts, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement. S/He must have relevant experience in operations, delivery, or business management within IT / IT services organizations.

Job Profile

1. Manage end to end operations for assigned accounts or portfolios, ensuring smooth delivery and execution.
2. Own account-level P&L, including cost control, margin adherence, and revenue realization.
3. Oversee contract execution and compliance, ensuring commercial terms and SLAs are met.
4. Handle client escalations and service issues, working closely with delivery and support teams for resolution.
5. Track project milestones, schedules, and scope, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
6. Validate billing, revenue forecasts, and collections in coordination with finance teams.
7. Manage vendors and subcontractors, including performance tracking and payment approvals.
8. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across delivery, finance, HR, legal, and sales.
9. Prepare operational dashboards and reports highlighting risks, progress, and financial health.
10. Support process improvements and team development, driving efficiency and adherence to best practices.

Candidate Profile

1. 15+ years of experience in operations, program, or delivery management roles.
2. Hands-on experience with account-level P&L, cost control, margin, and billing validation.
3. Strong understanding of contract execution, SLA adherence, and milestone tracking.
4. Experience managing client escalations and ensuring delivery continuity.
5. Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
