Position: Associate Lawyer

Practice Experience: 2-4 Years (Post Qualification Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will work on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to:

Litigation and dispute resolution in civil, consumer, and commercial matters.

Criminal law matters, including bail applications, defense, and liaisoning with law enforcement agencies.

Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Providing advisory services in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and employment law.

Handling family law disputes, intellectual property issues, and environmental law compliance.

Eligibility:

Must be a lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of the respective state.

1-4 years of PQE in litigation, corporate advisory, or contract drafting.

Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
