Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across clients, ensuring SLAs and quality benchmarks.
Partner with business leaders and clients to design and execute talent acquisition strategies.
Manage large-scale hiring projects, including volume, niche, and leadership hiring.
Drive process excellence, automation, and continuous improvement in recruitment operations.
Lead and mentor recruitment delivery teams to achieve performance and efficiency targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular governance and performance reviews.
Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with HR, operations, and technology teams for seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with client policies, legal standards, and audit requirements.
Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
