Associate Vice President - Passive cabling & DC Solutions

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented AVP Projects & Services to join our growing team of 250+ professionals to do world-class network cabling for Fortune 500 companies and Hyperscale Data Centre clients.

• Job Type: Full-time, Work from office/customer site
• Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
• Location: Delhi NCR

Requirements

1. Education: Full-time Engineering in Civil /Electrical/Industrial/MBA
2. Experience: Must have worked as a senior manager/GM in a reputed IT Infra company, leading a team of PMs/Tech in excess of 100+ professionals in multi-location deployment for at least 12-15 years
3. Certification: Industry certifications/BICSI/AVIXA/PMI preferred
4. Software: Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Project/Primavera desired along with sound Excel skills
5. Team Management: Proven track record of leading large tech teams and handling global MNC customer projects with 3-month - 12-month project life cycle

Role & Responsibilities

1. Will be required to lead a team of experienced PMs/Senior Engineers/Tech across India
2. Manage/Supervise/Monitor 20-30 projects at a given time on a PAN India basis with support from Helpdesks/Service Coordinators across 10+ cities in India
3. Projects will include Data Centres/Large Campuses - Green field/ Brown Fields
4. Ensure daily/weekly progress updates/MIS reports to internal & external stakeholders
5. Monitor and manage OEM/Consultants' site audits and customer UAT processes
6. Will be physically meeting global customers/consultants/PMCs at sites across India and forge relationships on a long-term basis
7. 10-12 days travel monthly on an average across India and more depending on the customer exigencies/deadlines
8. Will be required to build lasting relationships with Key OEMs tech leadership teams in India and overseas
9. Should be aware of HSE processes, Green Building norms and sustainability programs
10. Will have very sound knowledge of planning ahead, crisis management, Plan B and anticipate needs proactively before those become critical
