Associate Vice President – Lease Management

ELCOT is seeking an experienced professional to lead leasing strategy, tenant engagement, and marketing initiatives for ELCOT IT Parks and technology infrastructure assets. The role focuses on attracting IT/ITES companies, GCCs, startups, and technology firms, while strengthening industry outreach and maximizing occupancy.

Position Details

Experience: 712 Years

Compensation: 1218 LPA

Key Responsibilities

* Develop leasing strategies for ELCOT IT Parks and Towers

* Manage tenant relations, lease documentation, and renewals

* Drive marketing and outreach initiatives for ELCOT assets

* Conduct market analysis and benchmark IT real estate trends

* Coordinate with SEZ authorities and regulatory agencies

Qualification & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.

MBA in Marketing / Real Estate preferred.

Candidates with experience in commercial real estate leasing, IT parks, SEZ operations, real estate consulting, investment promotion, or corporate real estate strategy are encouraged to apply.
