Job Description:

Client Relationship and Account Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for large enterprise clients.
• Build trusted relationships with Management, operations leaders and client stakeholders.
• Understand client expectations, business priorities, and evolving needs.
• Conduct regular governance meetings and performance reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all employees and dependents

TPA Management: Liase and co-ordinate with the servicing TPAs of the large accounts to deliver best-in-class claims services

Service Delivery Ownership:

• Oversee endtoend delivery of services as defined in the client agreement.
• Ensure service stability, process adherence, and continuous improvement across delivery units.
• Monitor daily operations, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution

Performance Management

• Track & report service KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet contractual standards

Contract & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure all services are delivered in line with the contractual terms & scope.
• Manage escalations, audits, and compliance requirements, especially for regulated industries such as health insurance.
• Support renewals, rate discussions, and change request evaluations

Process Improvement & Transformation

• Identify automation, digitization, and workflow optimization opportunities.
• Lead process reengineering initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Drive continuous improvement

Experience:

• 1215 years in health claims and related roles
• Experience in handling post sales service operations of large accounts.
