About the Role

We are seeking an Integrated Media Planner with strong digital media experience to join our media team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cross-channel media planning, with hands-on experience in digital platforms. Experience in performance marketing is a strong plus. This role will work closely with regional stakeholders to develop, execute, and optimize integrated media strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated media plans across digital and offline channels, aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Lead digital media planning across paid search, paid social, display, video, and programmatic platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global markets to ensure consistent and effective media strategies
  • Manage media budgets, pacing, and performance tracking across campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Support performance marketing initiatives, including ROI-driven planning, KPI tracking, and conversion optimization
  • Work closely with media agencies, publishers, and platform partners to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Stay up to date with media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in media planning, with a strong focus on digital media.
  3. Hands-on experience with digital media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, programmatic DSPs).
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting media performance data.
  5. Experience working within a global or multinational organization.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in performance marketing (paid search, paid social, conversion-driven campaigns)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, attribution models)
  • Experience working with media agencies and global markets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • We are looking for a media savvy (digital branding + performance) candidate with a strategic bent of mind
