SAT - TCF - TRANSACTION DILIGENCE :

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000d_ Qualification
Chartered Accountant with good academic background and 1-8 years of relevant post
_x000d_ qualification work experience
Ideally you’ll also have
_x000d_ · Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation
_x000d_ skills.
_x000d_ · Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
_x000d_ · Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
_x000d_ · Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.

_x000d_ · Understanding of the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges etc. of the target company

_x000d_ · Analysed projections and assumptions used for the same
_x000d_ · Identified of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues
_x000d_ · Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them
_x000d_ · Understanding transaction structure and basis the same advising on structuring issues

_x000d_ · Good communication both written and oral (including report writing)

_x000d_ · Good at building relationships with clients
_x000d_ · Due diligence experience as part of M&A team in industry or Big 3 CA firms
· Been a part of the audit and assurance practice of Big 4 CA firms with some due diligenceexposure
_x000d_ · Industry experience primarily in data analysis, MIS, project handling
