across all vocational products. SPA is committed to delivering hands-on, industry-relevant learning experiences

that prepare learners for real-world hospitality and culinary careers. Within this mission, the SPA Education and

Digital Department designs and produces practical, engaging, and technology-driven courses that combine

pedagogy with creativity.

Mission of the Position

Responsible for directly coordinating the admissions process for VET by EHL and providing academic quality

management, ongoing LMS Support. Playing a supporting role to SPA Consultants (Jnr. Consultants, Consultants

and Senior Consultants) in the delivery of SPA Segment activitiesincluding business development, acquisition

& delivery of client mandates, customer relationship management for the Region, and supporting global teams.

Demonstrating excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across

diverse cultures and geographic regions

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the Admissions Process

• Manage the entire admissions process, from database management to LMS enrolment
• Maintain accurate records of applicant status and communications

Support Academic Quality Management

• Coordinate gradebooks and cross-reference with theoretical and practical exams.
• Oversee and analyse feedback from student and partner surveys

Provide Ongoing Support to Partners Requiring LMS Navigation System

• Ensure course materials are up to date, uploaded, and smoothly delivered within LMS.
• Generate reports on LMS usage and student progress

Business Development & Marketing

• Support in conduct business analysis through research.
• Support in executing business development activities for their Segment unit across the Region.
• Support in marketing products and services to business prospects.
• Support in preparing prospective client and mandate pitch documents.

Skills Required for the Position

Required Diploma

• Bachelor degree in relevant fields (hospitality, tourism, business administration, services, learning and development) or equivalent degree

• Excellent IT Skills (MS Office, Canva, Prezi). Adobe tools and experience of working with LMSs preferred.
• Knowledge of consulting practices and the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge/Experience of hospitality education and Learning & Development is preferred.
