Job Description
Job Overview:
Pre Underwriting
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
•Candidate should have minimum 1 to 4 years of UW experience
•Well versed with identifying the mortgage documents
•Should have good analytical and to identify to put the right documents in categorized mortgage folders
•Accurately identifying documents like (1003,1008, DU, LP, Income doc, Asset documents, credit doc, appraisal, title, HOI, HOA, deed of trust, closing disclosure, Note, etc
•Should have decision-making skill when applying in business judgment based require documentation
•Evaluate complete loan documents and should provide approval or denial decision
•Minimum requirement document review of 1003, Income, Asset & credit report
•Calculation of LTV, CLTV,HCLTV,DTI &HTI
•Good communication, Presentation skills, Self-motivated and hard working
•Able to review investor guidelines (Allregs, SOP)
•Comfortable working in night shift basis of US shift requirements
Qualification & Experience
Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:
•Should have completed Graduation or equivalent degree
•Good indexing and Pre underwriting knowledge
•Should have minimum 1-4 years of experience
•Should have good Written and verbal communication Skills
