As an Associate within the Employee Experience team, you will collaborate with both designers and technologists to create accessible employee facing products. Job responsibilities

• Identifying, documenting and suggesting potential solutions for accessibility barriers based on WCAG 2.1 standards as well as compliance with other accessibility related laws
• Applying accessibility knowledge to a wide range of the firm’s digital properties, including native mobile applications, and digital documents
• Collaborating with Software Engineers and UX designers in one on one or small group environments
• Assist Senior Accessibility Engineers with training Software Engineers and UX designers
• Performing impact analysis and risk evaluation from user’s point of view.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Practical experience testing for WCAG conformance using screen readers, magnifiers and other assistive tech tools
• Ability to analyze code for accessibility issues in HTML5/CSS3
• Word, PowerPoint, and other document standards

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• PDF/UA and other document standards 
• Mobile accessibility on Android and IOS 
• Automation using cypress, Selenium and/or playwright
