Job Title: UK Accounting Associate

Timings: UK Shift (1 pm IST to 10 pm IST)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UK Accounting Associate or Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK accounting practices and a passion for providing top-notch financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Conduct audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and provide tax advisory services.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Liaise with clients to address and resolve accounting and financial issues.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• 1-4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably within the UK.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
