As you will be part of a multi - functional Team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the accurate and timely processing of Stock Transfer requests, handling client/ broker queries and managing the escalations promptly.

What you'll do

As an Associate Transfer Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will be: -

• Processing of Stock Transfers (Transfer In and Transfer Out) within IG systems

• Following-up with client/broker on all transfer cases through emails and telephone

• Emailing clients with an update on their transfer requests

• Handling client queries and queries from Internal Teams

• Performing Four Eye on the instructions entered in the IG systems

• Managing escalations from clients and internal team

What you'll need for this role

As an Associate Transfer Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will be: -

• A degree-level education - 0-5 years of experience in Financial Services domain.

• Excellent communication skills- Both verbal and written.

• Excellent Microsoft excel knowledge.

• Ability to work with a great deal of attention to detail

• To be able to establish rapport with internal stakeholders, clients, brokers and custodian.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Should be able to go beyond the roles and responsibilities and should be able to help during high volumes.

• Very good organization and time management skills.
