About the Job:
Job Position: Associate Trainee (NON-TECHNICAL)
Shift Time: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US Shift) - (M-F)
Compensation - INR 3.21 LPA + Incentive*
Location: WINWAY WORLD OFFICES, Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P.
Eligible Degree & Branches: MBA & B.E/ B.Tech, MCA (All Branches-2024, 2025 & 2026)

Job Skills And Responsibilities
- Consults with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profiles before marketing.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
- Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring manager contacts.
- Managing the complete cycle of Bench Marketing.
- Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our marketing capabilities.
