Job Overview:

The Tax Associate plays a critical role in supporting real estate transactions by ensuring accurate property tax assessments, payments, and documentation. This position involves researching tax records, coordinating with county tax offices, and collaborating with escrow and title teams to ensure compliance and smooth closings.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Contact tax assessor’s/collector’s offices to acquire real estate property tax information

·       Experience in a role involving outbound Tax calling and data collection is a plus

·       Excellent typing skills

·       Enter obtained information accurately into the system

·       Achieving daily output

·       Manage pipelines on daily basis

·       Prioritize order entries based on SLA and adhere to defined TAT

 Qualification & Experience

•             Basic Degree completion with Experience

•              1 – 5 years’ experience in Tax Calling

•             Should be flexible working in night shifts 

•             Open to working extended periods/weekends when necessary 

•             Computer Skills - comfortable with MS office

•             This will be a work from home opportunity
