Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experienced in filing Title claims with Original Title company to resolve Title issues
• Review assets at a minimum of every 15 days for Title resolution status with the Title company
• Coordinate with Title company and Foreclosure attorney firm on the Title issue and the resolution thereof.
• Solid knowledge of Default Servicing process, Title document review, and real estate terminology
• Strong understanding of Liens, Legal Description, Superior and junior liens and Mortgage documents and researching documents through online(netronline)
• Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong ability to document conversations accurately and interpret data
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients/vendors
