Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer (React & Node.js)

Shift Requirement: Minimum 4-hour overlap with EST during the initial phase

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React and Node.js to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a strong interest or background in fintech or blockchain technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fintech or blockchain domains.
• Knowledge of smart contracts, crypto wallets, or decentralized applications (dApps).
• Exposure to security best practices in financial applications.

Work Schedule:

Flexibility in working hours with a mandatory 4-hour overlap with EST during the initial onboarding phase to ensure smooth collaboration.
