About Department
The Human Resources business unit enables TresVista's people across departments to catalyze our clients' impact. The department is responsible for recruitment, managing compensation and benefits, maximizing employee productivity and wellbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing employee lifecycle, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people.
The HR Center of Excellence (CoE) is a specialized department that possesses deep knowledge of core HR and talent practices, driving innovation and best practices to realize value through HR transformation and people strategies. Driving performance reviews, the Talent Management team crafts agile policies and strategic initiatives that enhance workforce effectiveness and align talent with business goals.
The Role & Responsibilities
- Design and update HR policies to support business needs and stay compliant with regulations.
- Maintain a clear and consistent consequence management framework to promote accountability.
- Regularly review and improve the performance appraisal process.
- Manage the complete review cycle for employees, including performance evaluations and promotions.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs in line with organizational requirements.
- Support and coordinate HR and leadership committees to ensure smooth operations and timely decisions.
- Oversee employeefocused initiatives such as Mediclaim and crche facilities.
- Use talent data and HR metrics to support decisionmaking and enhance program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing key data and trends
Prerequisites
- Commitment and ownership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
- Attention to detail
- Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
