Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain active communication with the consulting team/internal stakeholders regarding the progress of the project.
Understand and analyse administrative requirements in close collaboration with the consulting team scheduling meetings/training sessions/coaching sessions, travel and accommodation
management, closure of invoicing, and calendar management.
Enable the execution and implementation of client projects in terms of providing back-end support.
Suggest process improvements as necessary to enhance the productivity and output of consulting projects.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
Ensure operational excellence via KPIs and timely execution of the SLAs.
