Job Description
Purpose of the Position
The Recruiters are primarily responsible for overseeing the requirements from the business and souring the new candidates. Recruiters should have an understanding on all levels of the full-life cycle of recruitment and takes full accountability of the requirements.
Principal Responsibilities
- The Recruiter collaborates with senior recruiting management in designing and driving recruitment strategies, processes, and programs that will attract and acquire talent in the market all the while ensuring their alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board /colleges etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, campus etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters
- 1-2 Years of Experience in Recruitment
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills with Sourcing Ability
