Northern Trust is looking for a IRM ServiceNow associate to join our RCE Technology Team in Pune, India.  

Job Description AND Principal Responsibilities 

 

This role covers below responsibilities within Northern Trust :  

  • Development, implementation, and customization of solution using ServiceNow GRC modules. 

  • Analyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop the GRC Applications in ServiceNow 

  • Configure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management and Audit module 

  • Configure and develop Workflows. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. 

  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updates. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications. 

  • Should be flexible for upskilling different skill sets 

 

Experience/ Skills  

Minimum qualification: 

  • Any Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or equivalent industry experience. 

  • 4-6 years hands on experience in IRM ServiceNow development . 

Required Skills 

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including client-side and server-side scripting. 

  • Proficient in creating and managing workflows, REST integrations, and email notifications. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
     

Nice to Have Skills 

  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, PPM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps. 

  • Knowledge of Virtual Agent and Integration Hub. 

  • Experience with Agile methodology 

  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS are highly desirable.
