Job Description

Manage the Go-to-Market (GTM) process for real estate development projects from land acquisition to project launch in the market
Lead the GTM meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Design, Projects, Sustainability, Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments to ensure project launch timelines are met
Identify critical path activities and overseeing them for any challenges or problems
Identify potential delays and proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks
Monitor activities for timely execution and flag off or escalate challenges well-in-time for resolution to keep the project on track
Develop and maintain project and sales gallery schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner
