Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. This role involves analyzing processes, configuring enterprise applications, and leveraging technical skills for automation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective technology solutions
  • Application Configuration: Configure ERP, HRMS, ATS, and other enterprise systems based on client needs
  • Fit-Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between business processes and system capabilities; recommend solutions
  • Technical Development: Utilize Python and Power BI for automation, data validation, and dashboard creation
  • Integration Support: Assist in integrating multiple systems and ensuring seamless data flow
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Testing & UAT: Support functional and technical testing, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Innovation: Explore emerging technologies and contribute to Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives


Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), HRMS (Darwinbox), and ATS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Darwinbox, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, data migration, and middleware platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with EPM Suite (PBCS) and enterprise performance management tools.
  • Technical proficiency in Python scripting and Power BI for automation and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity bridging business and IT.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading
  • Experience with system integrations and API workflows


Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years in techno-functional roles involving enterprise software implementation and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale HRMS implementations and managing cross-functional teams.


Education:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) is preferred
  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or Business Management is a strong advantage

The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
