Sutherland is seeking a motivated and passionate person to join us as a Customer Support Associate. If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you!

In this position, you will be answering inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumers. This could include responding to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance. In some situations, up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged.

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Educational qualification should be 12th & above.
  • Freshers & experience can apply.
  • Customer oriented with Finance background is preferred.
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong typing Skills: 35 words per minute with 85% accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
  • Flexible to switch between tasks
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including nights.
  • Candidates must reside within a radius of 25 Km of our office.
