Your Responsibilities

• Use existing analytics features to create added value and enable proactive action.
• Independently optimize and expand analytics functions using modern cloud technologies.
• Create, extend, and automate reports in the support context.
• Use existing KPIs and develop extensions or new KPIs as needed.
• Assist customers and partners in resolving technical challenges.
• Independently handle support cases until resolution.
• Analyze and resolve issues using standard solutions (knowledge base, remote maintenance/diagnostic procedures) or escalate as necessary.
• Maintain active knowledge transfer internally and externally.
• Document processes and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and documentation.
• Relay insights for continuous product improvement.
• Provide project support for the development of our software.

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of technical contexts and complex issues.
• Structured and independent work style, reliability, and customer focus.
• Communicative and motivated to learn new things.
• Enjoy working with customers and addressing technical challenges.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Completed B.Tech or BE in Computer Science
• Initial professional experience in a consulting or technical role.
• Practical experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) and database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with microservice architecture implementation and APIs.
• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for data.
• Initial experience in data analysis and possibly machine learning.
