About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Site Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience and sales performance on Amazon. You will be responsible for planning and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for the e-commerce business.
• Develop and execute the site merchandising calendar, including Gate Way campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
• Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
• Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns, from wire frame development to execution.
• Coordinate with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.
• Develop, test, and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, document results, and share best practices.

Key Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
• Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
