Additional Roles & Responsibilities:

• Quality Testing Oversight
• Test Plan Development & Maintenance (design, updates, and alignment with FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA requirements)
• Loan-Level Testing (Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Claims, Escrow, Mortgage Insurance, Call Quality Monitoring, Assumptions, Property Preservation etc.)
• Regulatory/Investor/OCC Consent Order Testing
• Monthly Reporting (initial findings, end-of-month roll-up, executive dashboards)
•  Vendor Oversight (SourcePoint, Accenture; review accuracy, SLA adherence, calibration)
• Sampling Design & Methodology

Qualification and Experience Required

• Bachelor's with at least 6 years of experience in mortgage servicing.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Compliance Testing, Internal Audit in mortgage servicing.
• Expert knowledge of mortgage servicing operations & investor/insurer guidelines (FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac).
• Expertise in federal/state servicing requirements (RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, SCRA, HPA, FDPA, FCRA).
• Ability to design, execute, and refine quality testing programs and procedures
• Proficiency in data analysis, sampling methodology, and defect trending.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into executable test procedures.
• Vendor oversight & governance (QA, SLA monitoring, accuracy reviews).
• Strong executive & regulatory reporting skills.
•  Strong professional judgment and analytical skills in issue identification, root cause analysis, and escalation.
•  Project management to execute multiple testing cycles consistently and on time.
• Technical proficiency in ACES, MSP, Excel, and reporting tools; strong documentation and evidence standards
• Reporting and executive communication skills, including translating testing results into actionable insights
