Your area of work:

As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for supporting asset owners and support groups across the organization. Your responsibilities include defining appropriate tagging standards and maintaining role and entitlement attributes in collaboration with these stakeholders to ensure consistent enforcement of Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements.

The SoD Business Consultant role requires strong communication skills to effectively address critical issues and provide clear guidance during discussions. This position is essential for strengthening access controls within the SoD Matrix and the broader IAM framework. By delivering centralized guidance and support, you will help ensure efficient, secure, and policy-compliant access across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Development and continuous improvement of the group wide Identity and Access management solution space.
• Definition, documentation and optimization of the Segregation of Duties (SoD) onboarding process.
• Support of creating authorization concepts for applications and infrastructure.
• Workflow enhancements in central access governance solution.
• Support in test management for component and integration testing.
• Perform POCs related to new features, specifically new SoD lifecycle processes.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor / Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Identity and Access management projects or practical experience during internships.
• Experience with one of the commonly used industry solution in access governance, such as Identity IQ, Dell One, Omada, etc.
• Experience in Java, Shell Scripting and Javascript is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of OpenDJ / LDAP / AD.
• Experience in Nexis or test management would be an advantage (https://nexis-secure.com/)
• Solid handling of MS Office applications.
• Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired.
• Fluent in English. German would be an added advantage.
• Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications.
• Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation and documentation skills.
