Associate/Senior Associate - Real Estate Practice

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for an Associate/Senior Associate in the Real Estate Practice. The selected candidate will draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents, conduct title due diligences, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and represent clients in property-related transactions. Additional responsibilities include offering legal opinions, managing disputes, and advising clients on regulatory matters related to the real estate sector.

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including real estate purchase agreements, leases, and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of title due diligence, property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in representing clients in property transactions and dispute resolution related to real estate matters.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and client engagement abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• LLB degree from a recognized institution;
  prior experience in real estate law is highly desirable.
