Associate/Senior Associate - Gurgaon (CS with Capital Market Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate/Senior Associate (with an experience of 2 end to end IPO transactions, this is non-negotiable ) to join our Capital Markets team at our Gurgaon office. The role involves working on a variety of transactions in capital markets including but not limited to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution and assist the Partner in capital markets transactions along with other projects
• Draft and review offer documents, agreements and regulatory filings
• Advise clients on ICDR, LODR, Companies Act and other applicable regulations
• Liaise with clients, merchant bankers, regulators, and other intermediaries
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor interns and contribute to knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• Completed CS Qualification
• 1+ year of relevant experience in capital markets with a minimum experience of managing 2 IPO transactions end to end
• Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing requirements and transaction documentation
• Excellent drafting, communication and client-handling skills
