Education - Relevant degree is Any Graduate

Experience - 2+ years of relevant SI experience from IT&T Industry background.

Job responsibilities:

• Invoice booking process
• Creating orders in SAP for products and services
• Need to deal with domestic and International vendors
• Good skills of price negotiations with domestic and international vendors
• Need to work with vendors for delivery follow up
• Deal with Regional team for deliveries and customer escalation
• Co-ordination with internal teams for billing/Despatches
• Knowledge of warehousing, stores, inventory
• Customs clearance
• Imports shipments movement
• Imports freight forwarders
• Handing Local transporters
• Good knowledge of processing bills in SAP hana in SD module
• Good knowledge of SAP in Materials modules
• Creation for DPR in SAP for issuing PDC
• Stock Transfer module
• Interaction with Regional teams
• Good communication skills with internal and external teams
• Command over English
