Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Associate Salesto support sales growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination.

The role requires strong sales, operational, analytical, and client-facing skills along with relevant experience in the Banking/BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure
• Drive new customer acquisition and maintain strong client relationships
• Execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing clients
• Handle order management and ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings as required
• Prepare and maintain data reports, MIS, and sales dashboards
• Communicate effectively via email and presentations
• Be open to business travel as per role requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Sales
• From Banking / BFSI industry
• Knowledge of PPI (Prepaid Instruments) is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Comfortable with client interactions and fieldwork
