Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Associate Managers to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate sales and a passion for building strong client relationships while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through corporate and direct sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:Bachelors Degree (any discipline).
• Experience:2 to 4 years of experience in corporate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with a target-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range:22,000 25,300 per month.
