Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven Associate / Senior Design Manager (Architect) to lead architectural design development and coordination for large-scale corporate campus and master planning projects, from concept through execution and handover.

This role is intended for practicing architects with strong design and BIM coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and multidisciplinary coordination
• Manage architectural drawing production and documentation quality
• Oversee BIM coordination from an architectural perspective and daily BIM data management
• Coordinate with internal architectural teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to architectural design intent
• Identify design and coordination issues proactively and drive resolution
• Perform QA/QC on architectural drawings and deliverables
• Present architectural design proposals and project updates confidently to clients and internal teams

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 812 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong expertise in BIM-based project coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM platforms, SketchUp
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work independently and within large consultancy teams
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
