Job description

SPOC for investor servicing and asset management for existing Joint Ventures with CPPIB and Mitsui Fudosan and future investors

1. Monthly MIS, Annual Development and Business Plans
2. Actively responding to investor queries
3. Periodic valuation exercise for investor JV

Assisting in new fund raising

1. Pitch decks and financial models for investor propositions
2. Extensive research on new investors, propositions / opportunities, and strategies

What would the role entail

1. Actively interacting with all the cross functional teams
2. Complete 360-degree view on projects. Ensure project progression across all verticals in line with the agreed business plans and flagging deviations if any
3. Active interaction with the deal team (legal, tax, and finance), acquisitions team, revenue and projects team new acquisitions and joint ventures

1. Real estate experience mandatory
2. 2 6 years of work experience
3. Proficient in excel and presentation, investment models, basic knowledge across all real estate asset classes
4. Good command on language and articulation
5. Cultural fit for team self-starter, keen to learn and grow, adaptable and comfortable with long working hours.
