Associate – Regional CR Leader - North/West/South

Job Title: Associate Regional CR Leader

Location: North (NCR: Gurugram/New Delhi/Noida)

Location: South (Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai)

Location: West (Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad)

Purpose:

1) Drive documentation, permit tracking, MIS, and coordination to enable timely approvals and compliance.

2) Lead regional/country initiatives: process digitization, playbook creation, authority relationship mapping, and KPI reporting.

Role Overview

Support the Lead by running day-to-day trackers, preparing applications, coordinating clarifications, and publishing dashboards; proactively launch improvement initiatives and standardize workflows across cities.

Strategic Impact

Enable faster project starts, reduce regulatory risk, and build trust with authorities. Institutionalize compliance excellence, integrate intelligence with Design, Development, Operations, and Investments, and strengthen RMZs reputation for governance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare/file applications and maintain compliance documentation, track milestones and dependencies.

Publish weekly status dashboards; escalate delays and risks early.

Update Regulatory Intelligence Repository with laws, circulars, and precedents.

Map authority contacts; schedule reviews; ensure minutes and action closure.

Pilot digitization features; create checklists/playbooks; train city teams.

Competencies & Qualifications

48 years in permits/compliance/project coordination; strong documentation and MIS skills.

Working knowledge of statutes and city processes; proficiency in Excel and workflow tools.

Collaboration and communication skills; bias for action.
